EPS消防應(yīng)急電源該如何選擇?選型原則是什么?
EPS emergency power supply, how to choose? Selection What are the principles?
一、直流電源柜廠家負(fù)載容量選型原則:
因電動(dòng)機(jī)的啟動(dòng)沖擊,與其配用的集中應(yīng)急電源容量按以下容量選配。
1、電動(dòng)機(jī)變頻啟動(dòng)時(shí),應(yīng)急電源容量可按電動(dòng)機(jī)容量1.2倍選項(xiàng)配。
2、電動(dòng)機(jī)軟啟動(dòng)時(shí),應(yīng)急電源容量應(yīng)不小于電動(dòng)機(jī)容量的2.5倍。
3、電動(dòng)機(jī)Y-△啟動(dòng)時(shí),應(yīng)急電源應(yīng)不小于電動(dòng)機(jī)容量的3倍。
4、電動(dòng)機(jī)直接啟動(dòng)時(shí),應(yīng)急電源容量應(yīng)不小于電動(dòng)機(jī)容量的5倍。
5、混合負(fù)載中,大電機(jī)的容量若小于總負(fù)載容量的1/7.
A load capacity of the principle of selection:

2, motor soft start, the emergency power supply capacity should be not less than 2.5 times the motor capacity.
3, the motor Y-△ start, the emergency power supply should not be less than three times the motor capacity.
4, motor direct start-up, emergency power supply capacity should be not less than five times the capacity of the motor.
5, the mixed load, the maximum capacity of the motor is smaller than if the total load capacity of 1/7.
二、選型容量計(jì)算方法:
1、柏克YJ系列或YJS系列用于帶應(yīng)急燈具負(fù)載時(shí):
(1)當(dāng)負(fù)載為電子鎮(zhèn)流器日光燈,EPS容量計(jì)算方法:EPS容量=電子鎮(zhèn)流器日光燈功率和×1.1倍。
(2)當(dāng)負(fù)載為電感鎮(zhèn)流器日光燈,EPS容量計(jì)算方法:EPS容量=電感鎮(zhèn)流器日光燈功率和×1.5倍。
(3)當(dāng)負(fù)載為金屬鹵化物燈或金屬鈉燈,EPS容量計(jì)算方法:EPS容量=金屬鹵化物燈或金屬鈉燈功率和×1.6倍。
Second, the selection of capacity calculation method:

(2) When the load is inductive ballast fluorescent, EPS capacity calculation method: EPS capacity = inductive ballast fluorescent lamp power and × 1.5-fold.
(3) When the load is a metal halide lamp or a metal sodium, EPS capacity calculation method: EPS capacity = sodium metal or a metal halide lamp power and × 1.6 times.
2、當(dāng)YJS系列用于帶混合負(fù)載時(shí),EPS容量的計(jì)算方法:
(1)當(dāng)EPS帶多臺(tái)電動(dòng)機(jī)且都同時(shí)啟動(dòng)時(shí),則EPS的容量應(yīng)遵循如下原則:
EPS容量=變頻啟動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)功率之和+軟啟動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)功率之和×2.5+星三角啟動(dòng)機(jī)功率之和×3+直接啟動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)之和×5倍

(2)當(dāng)EPS帶多臺(tái)電動(dòng)機(jī)且都分別單臺(tái)啟動(dòng)時(shí)(不是同時(shí)啟動(dòng)),則EPS的容量應(yīng)遵循如下原則:
EPS容量=各個(gè)電動(dòng)機(jī)功率之和,但必須滿足以下條件:
※ 上述電動(dòng)機(jī)中直接啟動(dòng)的大的單臺(tái)電動(dòng)機(jī)功率是EPS容量的1/7.
※ 星三角啟動(dòng)的大的單臺(tái)電動(dòng)機(jī)功率是EPS容量的1/4.
※ 軟啟動(dòng)的大的單臺(tái)電動(dòng)機(jī)功率是EPS容量的1/3.
※ 變頻啟動(dòng)的大的單臺(tái)電動(dòng)功率不大于EPS的容量.
※ 如果不滿足上述條件,則應(yīng)按上述條件中的大數(shù)調(diào)整EPS的容量,電動(dòng)機(jī)啟動(dòng)時(shí)的順序?yàn)橹苯訂?dòng)在先,其次是星三角的啟動(dòng),有軟啟動(dòng)的再啟動(dòng),后是變頻啟動(dòng)的再啟動(dòng).
(2) When more than one motor and belt EPS were all single boot (not simultaneously start), then the capacity of the EPS should follow the following principles:
EPS capacity = sum of all motor power, but must meet the following conditions:
※ The motor started directly largest single motor power is the EPS capacity of 1/7.
※ star delta starter largest single motor power is the EPS capacity of 1/4.
Soft start ※ largest single motor power is the EPS capacity of 1/3.
※ inverter startup largest single electric power less than EPS capacity.
※ If not the above conditions shall be the maximum number of the above conditions the capacity to adjust the EPS, the motor startup sequence is started directly first, followed by the star-delta start-up, a soft start re-start, and finally the frequency conversion re-start.
(3)當(dāng)YJS系列EPS帶混合負(fù)載時(shí)EPS應(yīng)遵循如下原則:
EPS容量=所有負(fù)載總功率之和,但必須中以下六條件,若不滿足,再按照其中大的容量確定EPS容量.
※ 負(fù)載中直接同時(shí)啟動(dòng)的電動(dòng)機(jī)功率之和是EPS容量的1/7
※ 負(fù)載中星三角同時(shí)啟動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)功率之和是EPS容量的1/4
※ 負(fù)載中軟啟動(dòng)同時(shí)啟動(dòng)的電動(dòng)機(jī)功率之和是EPS容量的1/3
※ 負(fù)載中變頻啟動(dòng)同時(shí)啟動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)功率之和不大于EPS的容量.
※ 同時(shí)啟動(dòng)的電動(dòng)機(jī)當(dāng)量功率之和不大于EPS的容量.
電動(dòng)機(jī)功率容量=直接啟動(dòng)的電動(dòng)機(jī)總功率x5+星三角同時(shí)啟動(dòng)的電動(dòng)機(jī)總功率x3+軟啟動(dòng)同時(shí)啟動(dòng)的電動(dòng)機(jī)總功率x2.5+變頻啟動(dòng)且同時(shí)啟動(dòng)的電動(dòng)機(jī)總功率
若電動(dòng)機(jī)前后啟動(dòng)時(shí)間相差大于1分鐘均不視為同時(shí)啟動(dòng)。
※ 同時(shí)啟動(dòng)的所有負(fù)載(含非電動(dòng)機(jī)負(fù)載)的當(dāng)量功率之和不大于EPS的容量。
同時(shí)啟動(dòng)的所有負(fù)載的功率之和=同時(shí)啟動(dòng)的非電動(dòng)機(jī)總功率×功率因數(shù)+電動(dòng)機(jī)當(dāng)量總功率。
(3) When the YJS series EPS EPS with mixed loads should follow the following principles:

※ load and start motor power inverter startup and not greater than the capacity of the EPS.
※ started simultaneously equivalent power of the motor is not greater than the capacity of EPS.
Motor power capacity = direct start of motor power x5 + star delta start simultaneously x3 + motor power soft-start and start the motor power x2.5 + inverter motor starts and the total power simultaneously started
If the motor before start time difference than 1 minute are not regarded as the same time.
※ started simultaneously all loads (including non-motor loads) of equivalent power is not greater than the capacity of EPS.
Started simultaneously in all the power load and simultaneously start = total power × non-motor motor power factor + Equivalent total power.
